Delafield-Hartland Water Pollution Control Commission

Our Commission

The Delafield-Hartland Water Pollution Control Commission was established on December 23, 1971, through ordinances adopted by the City of Delafield and the Village of Hartland. We deliver vital wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal services to the City of Delafield, Village of Hartland, Village of Nashotah, Town of Delafield, and Village of Summit.

Our Purpose

About 80% of our customers are residential users. Commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental organizations represent the remaining 20%. We deliver exceptional quality effluent that meets or exceeds discharge permit requirements while striving to keep costs low for our customers.

Our Members

The commission is made up of dedicated individuals from Hartland and Delafield, with alternates selected from each town.
